What does a Sales Manager do at TraXall Belgium?

Every employee at TraXall Belgium plays an important role. We are all committed to providing the best service to our customers every day. New customers who want to work with us always first come into contact with our Sales Manager. And today we are happy to let her speak. Farrah Pedrido talks about what she does and especially why she finds it exciting to work at TraXall Belgium.

Farrah started her career in the automotive sector over 20 years ago. “I started my career in an operational position at a leasing company. That was very enriching and gave me the necessary insights that are important for later positions in my career,” says Farrah.

“I also worked for a fleet management company for a while where I managed the entire operational side of the business as an in-house consultant to customers. After that, I had the opportunity to gain international experience by participating in the start-up of a new international fleet management company in Belgium. I then went on to work as an account manager”, Farrah continues.

“After all these years, you get to know a lot of people. That’s obvious. And I think it’s great that at TraXall Belgium I’m now once again able to work with people who have coached me in the past, who were a mentor to me and with whom I’ve had a great working relationship before,” she adds.

As Sales Manager at TraXall Belgium Farrah does business development.  “As a fleet management and mobility partner of large companies, we see enormous challenges both with our customers and with our partners. There is not only the rapidly changing legislation but also the pressure to keep costs as low as possible and the shift to increasingly sustainable mobility solutions. During conversations with potential customers, it is important to listen to the needs of the company first and foremost. After all, there is no such thing as a single solution for everyone. Actively thinking along with us in order to find the best tailor-made solution for our client is what we always strive for. More and more companies contact us with complex issues. It is then up to us to set up a partnership that simplifies the processes and thus gives the customer a transparent view on the management of his fleet and creates a positive user experience for the drivers”, says Farrah.

“Another important task is our cross selling. It is a huge advantage for our international customers that they can count on our services worldwide. TraXall International is active in more than 25 countries. In addition, I work closely with our operational staff. It’s always nice to see that my first conversations with potential customers are turned into successful collaborations,” says Farrah.

“Finally, I attach great importance to maintaining an extensive network with leasing companies, car dealers as well as partners for electrification and mobility solutions. Something that is ultimately also very valuable for our customers”.

People-oriented

“The best thing about my job as Sales Manager at TraXall Belgium is that I am constantly getting to know new people. I can also remain myself in this company, which is very important to me. As an employee you are not a number here. There is plenty of room for participation, we listen to each other and above all there is a loose, friendly atmosphere. TraXall is really a people-oriented company. I appreciate that more and more in recent years. In my spare time I spend a lot of attention on mental resilience and I ensure a healthy mind in a healthy body. Working at TraXall certainly contributes to that philosophy”.
