Which personal data may be collected by TraXall Belgium BV and for which purposes?

TraXall Belgium BV processes personal data of employees for clients for the purpose of the operational management of the vehicle fleet of clients. These personal data are provided by the employer. These personal data may consist of, but are not limited to, name, function, leasing budget, (company) address, email address, phone number(s), licence plate and traffic infractions based on licence plate, damages, etc.

In addition, TraXall Belgium BV processes the personal data that the website users themselves provide to TraXall Belgium BV. The users provide these data (including browser type; IP address and name and address information) by registering on the websites or by subscribing to the newsletter, among other ways. Email addresses are only added to the list of subscribers with their explicit consent. Every newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe. The subscriber base of the newsletter will not be provided to third parties.

In addition, TraXall Belgium BV collects personal data to communicate with the employers and to keep them informed on the use of the lease vehicles.

• Service providers: service providers (dealers, fuel suppliers, repair technicians, pool management companies, for example) hired by us and/or the employer, allowing them to properly and efficiently perform the vehicle fleet management operations.

The server of TraXall Belgium BV is located in France, but the data are not (and will not be) transferred to countries outside of the EU, unless TraXall Belgium BV is required to do so under the law or a judicial decision.
